ODM Service

DRAFT or SKETCH

☞Before starting a brand new sunglasses or goggles, design draft is necessary.

☞The Bang Long team makes the first evaluation based on the draft.
RENDERING

☞Bang Long Sunglasses will make corresponding renderings based on the customer's sketch or draft and the color of the specified parts.

☞It also allows customers to see their designs more directly.
3D Drawing

☞Starting by sending us your technical specifications and 3D drawing of the design that you expect to produce.

☞It could include the specification such as material of frame and lens, the color of frame and lens and other specifications.

If you don’t have the design, Bang Long can also help you create and develop your own design.
PROTOTYPE

☞First make one or more models based on product design drawings or structural drawings. The main function is to check whether the appearance and structure are reasonable.

☞It is also the first step to verify whether the product is feasible, and it is also the most direct and effective way to find out the defects, shortcomings and disadvantages of the designed product.
3D MOULD

☞After confirming the technical specifications and appearance, we will make a mould according to your design.

☞Based on the technical specifications of your customized design, Bang Long Sunglasses will provide you with a detailed production quotation and MOQ (usually in the 300 pieces per model range)
MOULD MAKING

SAMPLING & ORDERING

☞Once we have agreed on the technical and commercial conditions of the project, Bang Long Sunglasses will start the sampling T0, T1, T2...

☞Sample production time depens on your design, which we then ship to your address by Air Express freight or other method for approval.

☞Then the sample confirmed, customers can place the order.
PRODUCTION & QC

☞Once the sample is approved, Bang Long Sunglasses will commission mass production of your custom design and perform a strict quality control process to ensure the final product is the same as your previously approved sample.
